I'm a Politician get me out of here!

I am wondering, how you pitch a T.V program idea to the media.
My program is called 'I'm a Politician get me out of here!', each week four of the disgraced greedy Politicians,appear on the program in part one four couples who have had their homes repossessed, in A 'Through the key-hole' style quiz have to guess who lives in the Politicians First home, if they get it right they win it, and all the contents.
Part two, other homeless couples view the 2nd. homes and have to guess how many pounds worth of goods in the house the greedy bugger has snaffled, get it right and they win it all.
The twist now Politician changes homes, with the couples and has to live there forever.
In part 3 he/she sits in front of a conveyor belt and has to remember all the ill gotten gains on it, and remember all the goods and prices.
If they fail viewers phone- in to say if they are spared a visit to the Bloody Tower to have their heads chopped off, for committing treason to the Queen.
